Gratitude
Gratitude is a great practice to build confidence and live a more meaningful and peaceful life.
Here’s the catch: we have to practice gratitude daily and really dig deep to understand why we are grateful for each thing we list. When we think about what we are grateful for and genuinely feel the emotions that are attached to it, we will begin to have those wonderful feelings more frequently. It’s like a little caffeine jolt of endorphins! We are all made of energy and when we raise our vibration to gratitude, we’re guaranteed to feel joy throughout our body. Have you ever met someone and instantly loved them for them? That was their energy you were feeling.
