Strengths
We tend to think more about the things we think we aren’t good at, but the key is to really look at what our strengths are and run with those! We have strengths that come second nature to us as well as strengths we learn through living life or going through tough times. These strengths could range from being a master at Photoshop to being empathetic towards others’ pain. Taking the time to reflect on your own strengths will make you feel more confident to handle whatever comes your way.
