“Millions of people have seen my work, they just don’t know it.”

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Juliana has fulfilled a varied artistic career working in publishing, illustration, photography, licensing design and visual effects for film. In 2009, she started a new adventure, selling her house, quitting her job and moving to Norway on a spiritual quest. In Norway, she works as a fine artist and manages a small flock on an ancient farm where the local church dates back to 1100.

At 30 years old, Juliana pursued a Bachelor of Fine Art from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco, where, with faculty she developed and was the first student to receive a specialist degree in Matte Painting.

Sacred/profane symbolism with attention to mood are important themes of her work. Her time is spent searching for the eternal beauty in her subjects. Her ability to manifest her imagination leaves the viewer in no doubt of the dedication Juliana has placed in her works.
